    Wie kan mij informatie geven over longtermrental.? Graag een huis met tuin evnt. zwembad omgeving van kul zoals johor bharu/ selangor.

    johor bahru is not exactly close to kl. a house with a swimming pool will be expensive- what is too expensive to you? rent should be rm2000 for a terrace house in pj. a bungalow with a pool will be at least rm3000 in puchong or smth.

    in general, rent does not exclude utilities.

    Apparently, my estimate of RM3000 is way off;) It's more like RM13000 (semi-d/ 2 onder 1 kap) -18000 a month. Probably best to just live in a condo and use the community pool.
